The Run Down – Monday September 8, 2008
Tonight’s a crazy hopping night for shows in the Baltimore area. Over at the Ottobar Tokyo Police Club headlines with The Whigs and The Coast opening. Down at the Hexagon get some DJ action with Eliot Lipp, Daedelus, and Matthew Diamond. The Old 97′s play Sonar with Caleb Stine and the Brakemen and Desert Boys opening. If you’re in Fells Point be sure to swing by Fletcher’s to catch Wild Sweet Orange, New Age Outlaws, Armed Elephant, and Doug Ahern Band. Up at the Recher Theatre Margot & the Nuclear So & Sos play with Dear and the Headlights and Motion City Soundtrack. Finally if you’re down in DC don’t miss The Kooks playing the 9:30 club with Illinois.
