Young Henry - Octagon

Somehow I completely overlooked Minneapolis mind melter Young Henry’s newest digital album Octagon.  I had previously gushed over the single “Pollen” but fell asleep at the wheel when the actual album came out (digitally released by Zoom Lens).  Octagon flourishes just as well as “Pollen” with vibrant electronic sprints across the neon countryside.  Similar, in fact, to the brilliant progressions Ra Cailum busts out.  Now if only those two would collaborate…
