Down in DC Frida Hyvonen and the Jackfields play the Red and the Black while Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band take on the 9:30 Club. Also in DC are Kings Of Leon who play Constitution Hall with We Are Scientists and The Whigs, and the Black Cat has Exit Clov, Cloud Cult, and Mason Proper. Finally up in Philly Stellastar* performs at Johnny Brenda’s.

If you’re in Fells Point be sure to swing by Fletcher’s to catch Wild Sweet Orange, New Age Outlaws, Armed Elephant, and Doug Ahern Band. Up at the Recher Theatre Margot & the Nuclear So & Sos play with Dear and the Headlights and Motion City Soundtrack. Finally if you’re down in DC don’t miss The Kooks playing the 9:30 club with Illinois.
