Tonight in Baltimore, Metro Gallery has another fine free show with Dancer vs. Politician while the mazing Diplo comes to Charm City to Sonar with No Age, Abe Vigoda, Boy 8 Bit, and Telepathe.  Down in DC, don’t miss School Of Seven Bells and M83 at the Black Cat or Calexico and The Acorn at the 9:30 Club.  Up in Philly, Hot Guts, Royal Bangs, and Fun Dogs tear down the Khyber while Colour Revolt, Restorations, Padre Pio, and Castle Worries play the M Room.  Also in Philly the First Unitarian Church has a dazzler with Crystal Castles.

Tonight marks day two of the Smashing Pumpkins performances at Constitution Hall in DC.  Also in DC are Colour Revolt and Rose Hill Drive who play DC9 while Diplo’s tour rolls into town at the Black Cat with No Age, Abe Vigoda, 8 Bit Boy, and Telepathe.  Over at the Velvet Lounge, The Sounds of Kaleidescope perform with Gildon Works while Arizona, The Shackeltons and Prisms take on the Red and the Black.  Up in Philly don’t miss Little Joy and The Dead Trees at the Khyber.  Finally don’t forget about Bombadil at Messiah College.

Tonight in Baltimore Sonar has We Are Scientists and Liam and Me while the Ottobar has Colour Revolt and Sonic Bloom.  Down in DC Mates Of State perform at the Black Cat with Brother Reade while the Toadies and People In Planes play the 9:30 Club.  Also the Smashing Pumpkins play the first of two nights at Constitution Hall.  Up in Philly the First Unitarian Church has a sweet one with No Age, Titus Andronicus, Soft Circle, and Red Racket.

Tonight in Baltimore, Metro Gallery continues it’s string of awesome free shows with The Lost Patrol.  Also in Bmore, Ottobar has Colour Revolt, Sonic Bloom, and For You, The World.  Down in DC tonight, the Rock and Roll Hotel has Stellastar* and US Royalty while David Byrne performs at the Warner Theater.  You also might want to consider The Shaky Hands and The End Of The World at DC9 or Frida Hyvonen and The Jackfields at the Red and the Black.  Finally up north in Philly the Khyber has a great show tonight with Geology, It’s A King Thing, The Color Wheels, Faux Slang, and The Goodnight Lights.

Tonight don’t miss a great show at Floristree here in Baltimore featuring Noble Lake, Andy Abelow, Golden Ghost, and Viking Moses.  In DC the Black Cat has a good one with Cobra Collective, Dennis Kane, and Once Okay Twice.  In Philly you have three opitions.  You could go to Johnny Brenda’s to see Drug Rug, The Long Blondes, and Bamboo Shoots or you cold swing by the North Star Bar for Snowden and Colour Revolt or you could end up at the World Cafe Live to see Plants And Animals.
