I could not seem to scrape up a whole lot on Brooklyn’s Sensual Harassment besides the fact that they describe themselves as “a Reptilian Humanoid alliance utilizing sonic mind control through beat-driven psych-pop.”
Once I cranked up their two song Soldier/Daddy Long Legs single I was lost among the new wave pop heaven. The singles were recorded by Jesse Cannon (The Cure, Animal Collective), mixed by Adam Scheuermann (Coldplay, Ashanti), and mastered by Alan Douches (Chemical Brothers, Mastadon, Sufjan Stevens).
They’ve been generating a buzz as of late and with good reason. Hopefully this means there’s a new release in the near future….because these two tracks are not enough….more please.
