So the time has come when I shall take leave of this fine city and head into the deep dark woods and live amongst the animals and trees for a while. Electricity and internets will be hard to come by (I am without those fancy cellular internets) so in turn the posts on this blog will be hard to come by. Not to worry – I do have some posts lined up for the week that will sprinkle in here and there (so please come check), but things like The Run Down might have to wait until I return in a week or so (but if you are dying to know about events in the area check out our Concert Calendar). Here’s to some refreshing days away from it all…
mp3: Air – Universal Traveler
mp3: A Tribe Called Quest – Excursions
mp3: Cold War Kids – We Used To Vacation
mp3: Deleted Scenes – Day Off Work
mp3: Foreign Born – Vacationing People
mp3: Height With Friends – The Woods
mp3: Tobacco – Backwoods Altar

hey darling where are youse going? xxma
You guys & girls are just awesome,!! I live on Miami Beach and have been a Beachite (as we are called) for muchos anos, years. I have been listening to WVUM, the University of Miami Radio Station since at least the 80’s. Now at least I don’t have to go south of downtown Miami to pick-up the station signal on my radio. From Miami Beach I can still listen, but with a mega antenna on the roof of my house. The WUVM site had a link which directed me to your site; WOW, it is like a duplicate staion. There is a correlation between the U of M student station and your web site. So ahora, now I divided my listening entre you and the WUVM site.
Gracias and continue the good Trabajo.
