I don’t know if I can say anymore about Josh Reichman than I’ve already said here and here, but here’s a few more words. He and the Oracle Band have just released a new full length entitled Crazy Power via Paper Bag Records. Much like the Life Is Legal EP this record is packed to the gills with funk, soul, and crazy power, similar to what legends Zappa, Bowie, and Wonder were famous for. Normally too much of this time traveling music would get to me after a while and I would crave something fresher, but Reichman manages to keep things spicy and enticing enough on Crazy Power for me to keep my ears focused.
