Something’s up. Maybe it’s the excessive amounts of The Presets I’ve been listening to…or maybe the abundance of Cut Copy I’m also digesting on a regular basis…but a few weeks back when I fist received The Vanish’s promo I wasn’t quite feeling it…I dunno – no real sparks…then last week I tried it out for a second time and man….it’s pretty solid. Disco house pop rock whatever, right? It’s got me going on this rough rough rough Monday morning…perhaps this New York duo will do the same for you.
