Tonight if you manage to pull yourself out from the tv and the madness, you are in luck because there are some quality shows around the area. Here in Baltimore the Zodiac has Double Dagger, Child Bite, Boogie Boarder, and Future Islands. Down in DC Telograph and Mittenfields play the Rock and Roll Hotel while there’s a Blisspop Dance Party featuring Miami Horror and Will Eastman at the 9:30 Club. Up north in Philly Hezekiah Jones is a good bet at Johnny Brenda’s. Frog Holler opens. Also over at the Fire The Armchairs, Paper Masques (CD Release), and Circadian Rhythms play. Last but not least Bloc Party and Longwave roll into Philly at the Electric Factory. That’s a guaranteed awesome.
