Those DC boys, Middle Distance Runner, are back with a new video for their new single “The Unbeliever” (available digitally on Itunes March 17th and in stores on March 24th). Apparently they’ve always longed to be claymationized and director Maxwell Sorensen was the man to do it. It’s actually a pretty factual representation of how the recording process works. Check it:

Anywho, they eventually pieced them all back together just in time for a trip to SXSW (where they’ll be selling some smokin hot copies of this new single). Don’t forget MDR is playing a special Pasta Primavera endorsed show at the Metro Gallery on March 29th with Eulogies and Payola Reserve.
Great video. I’m digging the claymation and it’s cool to see a step by step of the recording process. I want to be claymationed!
