There was a few years in my storied past where I was lucky enough to drive a large refrigerated truck everyday for a living. This amazing vehicle was equipped with the pinnacle of car audio achievement – an am/fm radio that could only pick up 4 stations – 3 of which were am talk radio. So I was left with 104.3 The Bay – a classic rock station that became dear to my heart. LA’s Music Go Music could easily meld in with that station’s playlist. Stevie Nicks, Blondie, Heart, Pat Benatar, are all names I hear when cranking Music Go Music. They’ve just released their third 12″ (the final in a series of three) on Secretly Canadian and the title track “Warm In The Shadows” sucks you into a deep disco wormhole that thumps on and on…through the day…and into the night.
