Save The Senator Show Tomorrow Night!

There’s not too many classic movie theaters left ’round these parts these days, but luckily for me and the residents of Baltimore The Senator Theatre is still up and running.  Its the place I go when I want to see an awesome movie because there’s no place like it.  I remember waiting in line to see the remakes of the Star Wars trilogy.  I remember going to see Hairspray for the first time there…and Crybaby…and most of John Waters’ movies there.  I could keep going, but unfortunately these tough times might prevent The Senator from keeping it’s lights on.  So if you’ve got some time and want to see some good music, why not come out tomorrow night for a superb show to help out the Senator.  There will be performances by Wye Oak, Jana Hunter, Payola Reserve, The John Hardy Boys, US Royalty, Nathan Bell, and more.  There will also be local short films, photography, and performing arts.  You can buy tickets here, read more about it here,  and the doors are at 8pm.  Enjoy!
