It’s been a hot second since Metric’s last album Monster Hospital (which was a pretty solid album). They’ve just announced a new tour (check the dates after the jump) called the “Help, I’m Alive Tour” and features Tokyo Police Club, The Dears, and Sebastien Grainger and the Mountains. The first single off their future 2009 album is also called “Help, I’m Alive” and seems to pick up right where Monster Hospital left off.
