We here at Pasta Primavera have been soaking our ears in Friendly Fires as of late, so when Friendly Fires’ bass and percussion player Rob Lee’s solo project, Wax Stag, came rolling into our inbox, we couldn’t resist and dove in. Wax Stag is pure relaxed and spontaneous electronic candy that has me enthralled as it does others (including Hot Chip). If I was ever looking for music to add a dose of neon to my life, Wax Stag would be it.
